Research Interests
My current research is in two areas: 1) cancer-related behavioral research, especially related to smoking, and 2) social network analysis. I am the Director for The Reduce Smoking and Exposure to Tobacco (ReSET) Center. I am also the statistician responsible for the Biobehavioral Medicine Program of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute and the Behavioral and Health Outcomes Program at the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project (NSABP). (Health Sciences Faculty Research Interests Project). I am an Associate Editor for the Journal of Clinical Oncology.
