Research Interests
My
current research is in two areas: 1) behavioral research related
to smoking, and 2) the development and application of statistical
methodology to cancer clinical trials, primarily in lung cancer,
breast cancer, and colorectal cancer. I am the Executive Director
for
The Reduce Smoking and Exposure to Tobacco (ReSET) Center. I
am also the statistician responsible for the
Behavioral and Health Outcomes Program at the National Surgical
Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project (NSABP). (Health
Sciences Faculty Research Interests Project). I am an Associate
Editor for the Journal of Clinical Oncology and Consulting Editor
for the Annals of Surgical Oncology.
