  • To get to the SPSS for Windows family of patches, go to http://support.spss.com and click Login to Support. Login using your guest as the username and password, and then click on Patches. Underneath that, click on SPSS Client & Server patches. Then in the center of the screen, click on SPSS Base Client Patches.
  • SPSS (version 13) documentation for common procedures - some of the documentation files are large in size and may take time to download if you have a slow internet connection.

Bioconductor 1.9 Open source software for bioinformatics. Run in R
Coxspline A program for flexible estimation in Cox models. Can be run in R and S-plus.
DChip2006 A Windows software package for probe-level and high-level analysis of Affymetrix gene expression microarrays and SNP microarrays
Hmisc Functions for data analysis, high-level graphics, utility operations, computing sample size and power. Can be run in R and S-plus.
R 2.4.0 Very powerful package. Similar to S-plus but has lots of extra functions
